How to generate usage statistics:

Usage statistics are provided as a CSV file. This file can be downloaded and opened directly in Excel (or any text editor programme).

To generate a CSV file containing your institution's usage statistics, use the drop-down menus on the left. Select the type of statistic and the time period you are interested in, then click the 'generate' button.

To generate statistics for a particular month, select 'monthly' then choose the month and the year from the drop down menus.

To generate statistics for a particular year, select 'annually' and then select the year you are interested in.

Statistics about users (total number, department etc) cannot be selected by time period. These numbers are generated from a live database which changes daily, therefore these details are only correct on the day the statistics are requested. To generate a CSV file containing user statistics, select 'User Statistics' from the statistic type drop-down menu and click the 'generate' button.
