You can make a replacement order in Data Download.
For a guide to placing an order in Data Download start here: How to Use Data Download
Note: although we use a shopping basket, all data is free. There are Terms and Conditions that cover the use of the data.
Select the My Previous Downloads button above the map.
This will open a window showing all your previous orders, including their status, e.g. Ready, Collected etc.
The order is still being processed by the EDINA servers you will need to wait for the email with the download link before you can take the data. If you want to reorder the same data with different options, such as the Version or Format you will need to download the original order first.
Your data is now available to download, you should check your inbox for the email that contains the link to your data. If you have accidentally deleted the email click the email icon to Resend download email.
A pop-up will confirm that the email has been resent to your email address, if your email address needs changing use the change form at the bottom of the My Previous Downloads window.
You have downloaded the data already; if you want to make the same order again or change some of the options for the dataset(s) click the order for options to view and reorder.
You didn't collect the data before the 3 day time limit expired; click the order for options to view and reorder.
* NOTE: If you need an OLDER version of the data, you will need to make a completely new order. Your original order's Contents_Order_****.txt file states the bounding box for your data. You can use these values to make a new selection through the Use Coordinates method.
If you are reordering data and notice the warning symbol next to a product then its version, format or certain layers no longer exist. We try to maintain all the data products for as long as possible however some are too large to keep multiple versions for and formats can change from year to year. To make it possible to reorder your data you will need to Change the Options that are no longer available or remove the product entirely from the order.
There are separate Help pages that give you information about how to use the data in various GIS and CAD packages.
