Newest Digimap service is free till the end of the academic year

Environment Digimap is a new collection of data in the Digimap family offering Landcover Map data from the Centre for Ecology and Hydrology (CEH).

The service provide the 1990, 2000 and 2007 datasets at 25m and 1km resolutions for download. You can also view, annotate and print the maps online using Environment Roam.

The new time will be Tuesday morning between 08:30 and 09:30

Digimap has been carrying out its maintenance work on Tuesday evenings for many years, but as of January next year any scheduled maintenance will take place between 08:30 and 09:30 on Tuesday mornings.

Geology Digimap's most detailed data (1:50,000 scale) has been updated. The main changes are a new tile of data and all the different linear features being combined into one data layer.

The EDINA helpdesk will be providing limited helpdesk cover between Tuesday 24th December and Thursday 2nd January. Email to edina@ed.ac.uk will be checked on a regular basis during this period, however there will be no telephone support. Full helpdesk support will resume on Friday 3rd January 2014.
